We want your first experience in our office to change the way you experience dentistry and you’ll feel that the moment you walk through the front door. After being welcomed to LHD, one of our Patient Coordinators will guide you on a tour of the office. Next, you will meet with your Dental Hygienist and talk face to face about any dental concerns or dreams you may have for your smile. We love getting to know our patients, relationships matter at LHD!

We’ll begin with reviewing your health history, a thorough evaluation of your oral health, which includes charting the health of your gums. As a new patient, digital X-rays are taken, a professional oral cancer screening, and evaluation of your teeth. In most cases, your initial visit includes a comprehensive cleaning with your Dental Hygienist. If you have esthetic concerns, the dentist will provide a complimentary cosmetic consultation. Additional treatment may be scheduled for a future date. This careful and comprehensive approach allows us to properly diagnose and thoughtfully plan any needed treatment.

Our Patient Coordinators will submit to your insurance and provide you with an estimate for any proposed treatment so you will know exactly what may be involved. We also offer a variety of affordability options.
